Commercial Refrigerators
Commercial refrigerators use compressors to compress liquid refrigerants into high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerants, and then sent to the condenser after cooling to become low-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerants, so the condenser is blowing hot air. Then to the throttling device (usually capillary tube) throttle pressure, into the evaporator, because the refrigerant from the capillary to the evaporator space suddenly increased, pressure decreased, liquid refrigerant will vaporize into a gaseous cryogenic refrigerant, thus absorbing a large amount of heat, the evaporator will become cold, using direct cooling or cooling the air is cooled to cool down the cabinet.
